Step 6: Presentation Guidelines
International Conference on Agriculture and Applied Science (ICoAAS) 2021 is held online or virtual. All presentations must be recorded in advance (in video format) and sent to the following link :

During the virtual conference, presenters’ attendance is compulsory. Presenters are obliged to answer questions asked by other attendees after their recorded videos are played. Discussions in each session are moderated by a session leader.
Please note the following guidelines in preparing your presentation video:
Paper presentation (15 Minutes):
- Duration of Recorded Presentation (video) = Maximum 10 Minutes
- Question and Answer = 5 minutes
- Provisions for naming your presentation videos: “paper-id_presenter’s-last-name”, MPEG-4 file format (.mp4), HD video size (1280 x 720 or ‘720p’ settings), size max 100 MB. Before sending, please check the quality and clearity of the audio.
