The 1st International Conference on Agriculture and Applied Science (ICoAAS) Virtual Conference 2020, organized by the State Polytechnic of Lampung will be held in Bandar Lampung City, Lampung Province, Indonesia.

Paper Eligibility

  • Paper must be written and presented in English
  • All submissions should be up-to-date, original, and previously unpublished research in any conferences
  • The bibliography should be at least 12 references, and the sources cited should at least 50% come from those published in the last 3 years
  • All papers will be peer reviewed
  • Paper length should be maximum seven pages including figures, tables, references, and appendices
  • The paper should be written in doc.file (Ms.Words) using the available template, and downloaded through Template ICoAAS Virtual Conference 2020 or Please reference to IOP authors guideline
  • All presenters are requested to submit the full paper before Friday, 30 October 2020, at 12.00 AM
  • Full paper must be submitted online through FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

Poster Guidelines

Paper that is proposed to be presented in the form of a poster must still be submitted via the OJS system and the articles will still be published in the form of proceedings.

Please make sure the poster you send to ICoAAS fulfills the following criteria:

  • Poster size is 70 cm x 70 cm
  • The maximum is 250 words
  • It’s better to use a maximum of two fonts type
  • Set the text alignment for left-justified and 1,5 line spacing
  • All text on the poster is in English
  • The poster is printed in portrait, not landscape format
  • All materials on the poster should be easily readable from more than 100 cm away

Your poster should include these elements:

  • Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract, with affiliation and emails
  • The contents of a poster include these sections: Introduction, methods, results, conclusion, and reference
  • At the bottom of the poster contains acknowledgements and contact information of the main author

Presentation Style

  • Oral Presentation: Oral presentation is scheduled for 15 minutes total (sharp), including 5 minutes for questions/answers. Oral presentations using zoom cloud meetings. Each presenter must preload their presentation upon receiving notification of acceptance a week before the conference time by uploading it through the web.
  • Poster Presentation: Presentation posters will be exhibited at the Virtual Conference at the zoom cloud meeting, and presented during parallel sessions.

The registration fees apply for (the 1st author of) all accepted papers.

No refund will be made for registered participants who fail to turn up.
